Camp Souldust 2018

This is an introductory class to plant communication, uses, herbal medicine making, and basic wildcrafting techniques.

We begin with a walk in the woods to identify medicinal plants and trees native to Camp Colman and most likely to those growing in your home environment. Nature grounds our central nervous system. When we are at one with nature, there is an ease to sensing the flora's energy and listening to their stories.

The second half of this class will move inside to explore common medicinal plants, their uses, and to prepare an herbal infused oil, the precursor to making salve, and enjoy an herb-infused drink.

Wear weather-appropriate attire. Bring a journal and pen/pencil.
